Economist with more than 15 years of experience in Business Management, Strategic Advisory, Specialized Consulting, and Real Estate. An expert in High-Impact Dynamics certified by the Firewalk American Institute, with extensive experience in project management, operations optimization, budgeting, and performance indicators across the public and private sectors. He holds a Master’s degree in Business Management.

Karem Silva Vera
Founding Partner
Professional with more than 20 years of experience in retail, leading management roles in Commercial, Operations, and Projects, and developing product lines and categories nationwide. She builds high-performance teams and facilitates indoor and outdoor workshops. She holds an MBA and a Master’s degree in Executive Development, Emotional Intelligence, and Coaching.
